Copra is the dried meat or kernel of the coconut. Coconut oil is extracted from copra, making it an important agricultural commodity for many coconut-producing countries. Copra is sun dried or dried using various special copra dryers. The available forms of Copra are (a) Edible Copra which is dried half cup of the kernel, (b) Milling Copra, consists of non-uniform dried pieces of coconut and (c) Ball Copra, the dried whole of the kernel
